Terms and Conditions:

  • In order to get best results your commitment to the treatment is paramount. Due to work load and to ensure a smooth running of my service I require a payment upfront for NCR series when you book with the booking link I will send you after we confirm your time slots.

  • I understand that unforeseen circumstances may happen. In case of a cancellation over 24 hrs I will need you to pay half of the amount of your investment as the cancellation fee and I will reimburse you the remaining half within 7 days. In this case I may be able to offer you to reschedule your series if my capacity allows but this is not guaranteed and the cancellation fee will still apply. In case of a cancellation less than 24 hours I will not be able to offer you a reimbursement of the half of your investment unless the cancellation is due to a serious emergency. In this situation I may be able to offer you to reschedule your treatment but this is not guaranteed and it will depend on my capacity. 

  • In case of an emergency cancellation from my side I will reimburse the whole fee you have paid within 7 days or offer you to reschedule your series if you wish to do so.

  •  Please note that my clinic is busy and at times I might be running approximately 15 minutes late. Due to workload and the business of my clinic I kindly ask you to arrive on time for your appointment . If you are over 15 minutes late I may not be able to accommodate you and you may lose your appointment which I will not be able to reimburse you for.

How to prepare for your NCR® treatments:

Please wear comfortable clothes, anything like leggings or joggers and ensure you have layers on. Your body temperature tends to go down when you have treatment therefore warm clothing will make you more comfortable. It’s ok to eat and drink normally before and after the treatment, however it’s advisable to not have anything heavy to eat 1-2 hours before your treatments.

It’s important to avoid any extreme physical activity during 2-3 weeks after your series of treatments. Please avoid any one-sided exercises like golf or tennis or any extreme sports that may put you at risk of an injury. If you acquire new trauma/ injury it may decrease the benefits of the treatment, that’s why I recommend to take things easy within this time. It’s ok to follow your usual exercise routine, however avoid increasing it or beating any personal records at this time. After 2-3 weeks it’s ok to start increasing your exercise gradually.

You can sleep in a normal position after treatments. It’s advisable to have some rest afterwards and ideally free up your schedule to have time to rest and do things like meditation and relaxation to allow your entire body heal and gain many holistic benefits of the treatment
